Earlier in her career, Heidi spent over a decade in the film industry, where she pioneered the role of Art Department Coordinator and successfully led the negotiation for its unionization, solidifying its place in the industry. She worked on large-budget productions under major studios such as Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, and Sony Studios. Some of her credits include notable films such as Lethal Weapon 2, A Few Good Men, Tango and Cash, Radio Flyer, and The American President, showcasing her ability to manage complex projects and contribute to the success of high-profile films.

Heidi has been married for 34 years to her wonderful husband, Manoj Kashyap, who is the Chief Risk Officer for PWC India. Together, they are proud parents of twin sons, now 29 years old. The family splits their time between Mumbai, India and Pleasanton, California.

Miles Kashyap is the COO, CTO, and co-founder of Covey Solutions LLC and Covey Solutions & Sales LLC, recognized as a specialist in process transformation, supply chain consulting, technology integration, and change management. With a career spanning multiple industries, Miles is known for his ability to drive innovation and operational improvements that deliver measurable business outcomes. As a transformation expert, he excels at identifying inefficiencies, designing streamlined processes, and implementing emerging technology solutions that foster long-term growth and efficiency.

At PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Miles contributed to various high-impact projects focused on change management, technology implementation, and process improvements in areas such as material management, inventory control, logistics, and automation. His involvement in these initiatives helped streamline operations and optimize efficiency for Fortune 500 clients. His technical insight was instrumental in developing automation and process improvement strategies that enhanced overall business performance.

At Independent Electric, Miles successfully led over 12 major initiatives focused on process optimization and technology transformation. He introduced RF technology into distribution centers, significantly improving productivity through the development of SOPs and comprehensive training programs. His creation of a blockchain-based asset tracking solution, the first in the electrical distribution industry, revolutionized real-time asset tracking, integrating advanced sensors and blockchain technology to set a new standard for transparency and efficiency. Additionally, he developed and implemented a quarterly and annual recognition and rewards program that honored exceptional efforts, which significantly increased overall productivity at the San Leandro and Phoenix distribution centers. By combining these programs with his focus on change management and ongoing technology integrations, Miles catalyzed sustainable growth and operational excellence.

As COO and CTO of Covey Solutions, Miles spearheads the development of innovative LoRaWAN-based asset management solutions, leveraging blockchain verification to deliver seamless technology integration and scalable growth for clients. His leadership focuses on optimizing supply chain operations, improving transparency, and providing future-ready solutions across various industries.

Conner Kashyap is currently the Chief Information Officer & Chief Marketing Officer at Covey Solutions LLC., driving a focused initiative of establishing Covey’s emerging technologies and wholistic solution into the Physical Asset Management marketplace. He was formerly a Consultant within the Operations Transformations Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  During his time at PwC, he assisted various Fortune 10 & 500 companies within the Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Financial Services, and AeroSpace & Defense industries. His multitude of projects consisted of improvements targeting Supply Chain, Technology Adoption & Advancement, and Organizational Change Management. 

Before becoming a consultant at PwC, Conner worked at Independent Electric, a Sonepar Company, with the task of improving various departments while retaining a focus on fine-tuning the Supply Chain standard of the corporation within its Central Distribution Centers in California and Arizona. He was also a member of the Sonepar US Innovations team with leading the direction of improving and modernizing Sonepar’s US and Global Asset Tracking initiatives. 

Prior to entering corporate America, he was involved in the yachting industry, working on the Thunderbird Yacht, while also being a member of the Antique Classic Boating Society of Lake Tahoe and winning multiple 1st place awards at the globally known, Concours d’Elegance for Classic Boats. Skilled in Client Relations, Sales, Technology, Business Networking, Blockchain Implementation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Customer Satisfaction, he is a strong and honest business professional who is intrigued and fascinated by his passion of Physical Asset Management. Conner was recruited to play Water Polo at Pepperdine University and graduated in 2018 with a BA in Advertising and Marketing with a Focus in Business.

As a co-founder, CIO, and CMO of Covey Solutions, he is driven to lead company growth by leveraging his knowledge of emerging technology, market strategy, and supply chain (along with his influential network) to deliver seamless tech integration and drive digital transformation. He will ensure that Covey Solution's clients will have the manageable and scalable growth they deserve while integrating 

Covey Solutions' physical asset management products.

Outside of work, Conner enjoys spending time adventuring with his family and dear friends all around the world. He also loves to partake in organized / exclusive car events, charity events, wine tasting, fishing, skiing, golfing, and traveling. He truly believes that life is all about the experiences and memories you make, while enjoying it with those you cherish and love the most. 

Blake is the CFO and co-founder of Covey Solutions LLC and Covey Solutions and Sales LLC, bringing extensive expertise in finance, fund development, and strategic growth across multiple industries. During his tenure at 4 Quarters Consulting, he played a key role in raising $20 million in just nine weeks, contributing to the firm's recognition as Fundraising Firm of the Year. Specializing in high-impact fundraising strategies, he focused on donor acquisition, retention, and capital deployment while building relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional donors.

His expertise includes structuring capital campaigns, financial forecasting, and creating scalable investment models for political campaigns, nonprofits, real estate syndications, and startups. A deep understanding of financial analysis, risk management, and strategic capital allocation has been instrumental in optimizing cash flow and maximizing ROI.

Commitment to community service led Blake to serve as a deputy sheriff in California, where he gained valuable knowledge in law enforcement tactics, weapon handling, and crisis management, enhancing his decision-making and risk assessment capabilities under pressure.

Growing up, Blake was influenced by extensive international travel in cities like Santiago, Chile; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Lima, Peru. This exposure fostered his understanding of global business dynamics. Notably, during the earthquake that struck Chile on February 27, 2010, Blake's father, Gabriel, was sought for his expertise in the government’s response efforts, playing a crucial role in logistical operations and humanitarian initiatives while overseeing resource allocation. During this time, Blake worked closely with international relief organizations to deliver aid, broadening his worldview and enhancing his ability to engage effectively across various cultural landscapes.

As co-founder and CFO of Covey Solutions, he oversees financial operations, including capital budgeting, reporting, and long-term planning. His ability to secure growth capital and ensure financial sustainability is vital to Covey Solutions' success in delivering innovative IoT and asset management solutions.

Despite his professional accomplishments, Blake considers his greatest achievement to be his family—his wife and three children—who inspire him daily. He enjoys supporting his daughter in her dance competitions and coaching his son Luke's 3rd-grade football team, taking pride in being actively involved in his kids' extracurricular activities.

Jose Picazo is a highly accomplished technology entrepreneur and executive with more than four decades of leadership experience. He has co-founded and led several innovative companies, including Picazo Communications, which was acquired by Intel, where he served as General Manager of the Converged Communications Product Division. In this role, Jose played a critical part in advancing voice over IP (VoIP) and unified communications technologies, reshaping enterprise communication across the globe.

As the co-founder and CEO of Nusantao, Jose continues to drive technological breakthroughs in secure edge computing and AI governance, focusing on data privacy, security, and blockchain-driven innovations. Nusantao’s platform empowers users by ensuring secure, transparent execution of programs and algorithms, addressing key challenges in today’s connected and data-driven world. Jose’s strategic vision and focus on cutting-edge technologies have established him as a respected leader in the tech industry.

Earlier in his career, Jose co-founded Network Resources Corporation (NRC), where he served as Vice President of Engineering, leading the development of advanced networking solutions for businesses. NRC's acquisition by NetWorth Inc., and later Compaq, enabled Jose to expand his expertise in network communication systems and further solidify his influence in the technology space.

In addition to his business ventures, Jose is a prolific inventor, holding patents in areas such as email authentication, network communication, and secure user interfaces. His contributions to both enterprise networking and data security have been widely recognized throughout the industry.

Beyond his professional success, family plays a central role in Jose’s life. His children and grandchildren have followed in his footsteps, pursuing their own passions and careers with dedication. His daughter, Jennifer, works in finance for a construction company, where she plays a critical role in managing financial operations. Her son, Jose Luis, serves in the United States Marine Corps, specializing in Osprey aircraft maintenance, while her daughter, Maria Elena, is excelling in high school and preparing to explore her own career path.

Jose’s son Martin flies Boeing 767s for UPS, and his son Paul works as a computer scientist at Adobe Systems, reflecting the family’s deep connections to both aviation and technology. The Picazo family’s shared interests have strengthened their bond across generations, particularly in areas like amateur radio, where Jose operates under the callsign WT6X, and his sons Paul and Martin are also licensed operators.

Outside of work, Jose has a passion for aviation, holding multiple FAA certifications, and enjoys flying both manned and unmanned aircraft. His other hobbies include winemaking—as the founder of Picazo Vineyards—and photography, where his interests range from astrophotography to portraiture.
